United States Army Installation Management Command

U.S. Army Installation Management Command, headquartered at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, handles day-to-day operations of Army installations worldwide, managing more than 100 garrisons across four continents. IMCOM delivers base services such as housing, public works, fire and emergency services, and infrastructure upkeep in support of each garrison commander. Its federal civilian maintenance workforce staffs directorates of public works and facilities shops, maintaining barracks, utility systems, and other garrison infrastructure.
