• Account data — name, email, and role (job seeker or employer) when you create an account.
• Profile data — for job seekers: headline, location, experience, certifications, and any résumé you upload. For employers: company details.
• Applications — information you submit when applying to a role is shared with that employer.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as page views and job views.

How we use it

To operate the job board: matching seekers to roles, delivering applications to employers, sending job alerts you opt into, and processing employer payments via our payment provider (Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile, manage job alerts, and request account deletion at any time from your account, or by emailing support@industrialmaintenancejobs.com.
