Air Combat Command

Air Combat Command, headquartered at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, is the primary provider of combat air forces to U.S. warfighting commands, operating about 1,110 fighter, attack, reconnaissance, rescue, and electronic aircraft. The command includes roughly 74,000 active duty Airmen and more than 10,000 Department of the Air Force civilians. Federal civilian employees at ACC installations handle much of the base support work, including facilities maintenance, utility systems, and physical plant operations.
